We are thrilled to announce that delegate registrations for Xavier Academy International Model United Nations (XAMUN) 2025 are officially open.

Join us this August as we bring together passionate high school and undergraduate students from Nepal and abroad for three days of diplomatic engagement, personal development, and meaningful connection. Showcase your leadership, enhance your public speaking, and collaborate with peers as you represent countries and address global issues.

This year’s conference will be held from 14 to 16 August 2025 at Hotel Sarathi, Dhulikhel, a venue that combines peaceful natural surroundings with modern comforts. The setting provides an ideal environment for intensive committee sessions as well as relaxed networking and recreation.

All costs including accommodation, meals, and transportation to and from the venue are covered by the registration fee. There will be no additional charges for these services.

The registration tiers and fees for national delegates are given below:

• Early Bird (20 to 29 July) — रू 12999 /-

• Normal (30 July to 09 August) — रू 13999 /-

• Late (10 to 12 August) — रू 14999 /-

The registration fees for international delegates are given below:

• Asian and South Asian — $ 255 /-

• Other Regions — $ 265 /-

Note:
For international delegates, please be advised that flight expenses will not be covered by the Secretariat. However, we will be providing accommodation for a total of four nights, including the two nights at the conference venue.

Each registration tier closes at 11:59 PM on the respective end date. Payments made after a tier’s deadline will fall under the next applicable rate.
